The vaulted ceilings, tiled floors and the open-floor layout give the villa a spacious and airy living area with easy access to the freshwater pool and stunning beach. Just open the sliding doors in the living room, gym, and pool table area to bring the ocean sounds right inside, while enjoying the ocean view. 

Request fresh and spectacular Cozumel meals at an additional cost prepared by Villa Las Uvas' on-site staff or enjoy your own creations, served on a gorgeous imported granite-top dining table, which can seat up to 14 guests when also using the granite-top bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with sink disposal, oven, microwave, fresh drinking water, freezer/refrigerator, blender, and all other essential kitchen utensils. The main level also has a bedroom located right across from the gym, which accommodates 4 guests amongst two full-sized beds. The main level also offers a full bathroom, which is located between the gym and the 1st floor bedroom.

The decorated grand stairway leads from the spacious dining room to four large bedrooms on the second level, which offer breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from 3 of the bedrooms, and a different color theme for each room adds to the homey uniqueness of the Villa. The fourth bedroom on the second level offers an amazing view of the Manglar (Cozumel wild life).
